- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup O Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Safeway SELECT® Verdi White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- About 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and crisped
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3 tbsp. Safeway SELECT® Verdi Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup O Organics™ Caesar Croutons
- Salt and pepper

Spread almonds in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350° oven until nuts are golden, about 8 minutes; set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, dry mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce to taste; set aside.

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, turkey, water chestnuts, cheese, and croutons. Add dressing and mix to coat. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve immediately. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
