- 1 1/2 cups Safeway SELECT® Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Lucerne® Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh or 2 tbsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 lbs. cooked extra-large shrimp (26 to 30 per lb.)

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, onion, dill, and salt. Stir in shrimp.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once.

Serve with frilly toothpicks.
