Marinated Shrimp with Lemon-Dill Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Safeway SELECT® Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Lucerne® Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh or 2 tbsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 lbs. cooked extra-large shrimp (26 to 30 per lb.)

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, onion, dill, and salt. Stir in shrimp.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once.

Serve with frilly toothpicks.
10 minutes, plus overnight.
