Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
  • 1 sweet potato or yam (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 tbsp. O Organics™ Salted Sweet Cream Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

With a vegetable cleaning brush, scrub potato well. Cut potato lengthwise into 1/2-in. wide sticks using a sharp knife or a French fry grid. Transfer sticks to a medium bowl and, using hands, toss with melted butter; sprinkle with nutmeg and salt.

Arrange spears, skin side down, 1 in. apart on a baking sheet. Bake in a 425° oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
